Mondello GT/HSCC - May7-9

Does anybody have a heads up on the weekends timetable?
I hadn't realised that this was a three day event...doesn't anybody else have to work on Friday's or something? Is the 7th a holiday in Eire?

The HSCC meeting at Silverstone in June starts on a Friday too. I guess track hire is cheaper on a Friday than at the weekend, so it helps keep the cost down (per race average) - not that the entry fees show it.

It seems like a bit of a worrying trend to me...certainly has an impact on my photography aspirations as I couldn't keep taking days off to lengthen my weekends...my wife gives me enough s**t about weekend let alone burning holidays up.
In the Mondello case I arranged my travel for Friday so I hopefully wouldn't miss any of the weekend's action...knowing my luck all the qualifying I'm interested in will be done and dusted on the Friday and I'll just have the race to look forward to.
It's also a bit of an indication that spectators can't really enter into the equation for many organisers

Friday afternoon British GTs have testing. Saturday and Sunday should be the same format as Donington

It'll be a hoot regardless, was just concerned I was going to miss a huge chunk of the action
