I thought I had heard that it would be on big screens at the home footie grounds of the teams involved as well as any wider screening?

If they don't have a contract, and actually even if they had, why not show it online on their website? Actually, Formula Master is doing this, and it works great, especially if you want to listen to good commentary

I have a Feeling it will be Setanta, they don't have much motorsport on their UK channels, non live anyway.

Also maybe middle of the night highlights on 4 or Five.

Yes but in the case of the formula Master it is just the retransmission of Eurosport Uk through the Formula Master Website

Makes no difference to me if it's on Sky or Setanta, I have no desire to pay for a television programme twice - and to fork out for new hardware. Unless it makes it easier for some kind soul to put a stream up. Dave haven't done live motorsport before, but given that they do WRC ...

And if they do a web stream, that would be better as more people would be able to watch it.

Sky's World Motorsport had a short feature on the early testing many months ago - I thought at the time that may have been a hint they may be planning to cover it. But then again they also had a feature on British F3 pre-season testing, despite not covering that championship. And surely if Sky were going to show SF they'd have been hyping it up by now.

Maybe they'll go for someone like Ben Hanley. Would Renault allow that? Assuming he is still an RDD driver.

Just read Buurman will probably drive for Eindhoven. Quite a good name for the series, but I fear it is looking scarily like an old F3000 field. Slender field and a mixture of good and barely known drivers... Still, least it'll be colourful!

THR has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
So they are advertising it on the radio in brum,
is there no definitive driver entry list yet? who cares who sponsoring them to be honest? its just drivers and engineering teams using football money
but, if we dont know who is driving for defo, who cares!???

it could be anyone with 25k for a race for all we know.

£20 a ticket for a first race is steep too........ their website tells me nothing of the event.

They need to take notice of the World Renaults, if they want to attract a lot of people!!! (ie free and good drivers) lol

Let me guess. Money? Football teams seem to be awash with it, they're attracting big-spending investors, promoter spots potential to access some of it? All allegedly, of course.

The biggest problem with this series as far as I can see is it's just another series in an already overful sector - GP2, GP2 Asia, A1GP, WSR, etc.
