Oh, ok. Thanks Graham. No Saleen's next year since their move to LMP. God I wish someone would scoop those up.

Great news on Camping

Not been in for a while but, the news on ticket prices means that all the talk about changes to camping in 2008 seem to have been unfounded, still pricing terte Rouge so we will be Ok and de houx annex still available, so the football stadium not started yet?.

Let us hope that the non Automatic entries this year will give us a varied and competative field with perhaps a few surprises.

Subaru_WRX_STi has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
what a shame LM 2008 witout Saleen, Oreca will be in P1, Racing Box, the italian customer team is moving to LMP2, and the FIA GT 2007 has no S7-Rs !!

with Corvette Racing still running in ALMS GT1, I guess no customer teams will show up !

anyway 2009 is a big year for GT racing as SRO/FIA will apply new regulations, so it will be foolish to buy a GT1 car now

Another tradition gone?

I seem to recall that when the time-change was announced last year, the ACO declared that 3pm was "the new traditional starting time".

Only the French could invent instant tradition!

Great! Thanks rdjones!

I have e-mailed them about receiving a reservation form, but I have not received any response...

Anyone got any insight on this delay on their part? Any suggestions on speeding this up?

Thanks a million!

Endurance-Info: "Two SALEEN S7Rs for LARBRE in 2008".
Looks like we could have the Saleens back in the LMS / LM24.

Larbre can use the Oreca invitation for Le Mans.

Who will represent Aston Martin in LMS?

Nov 21, 2007

Horsepower International Inc, funding co-ordinator of Liz Halliday, has issued a Claim against Team Modena for repayment of around £100,000 in a multiple breach of contract claim. Liz is also a Claimant in the action, seeking damages against the Team, also for multiple breaches of contract.

A spokesman for Horsepower International said: “It is regrettable, but we have exhausted all reasonable attempts to reach a practicable solution with regards to repayment of the outstanding monies. Team Modena’s attitude throughout this process has left us with no other option.”
Assuming this having to do with their "unfinished" business in the Aston?

Well she is gonna struggle to ever find another team to take her on if she sues them...

it's not good for the sport.

and what were 'these multiple breaches of contract?"

isn't Mz Holliday a money person as in Gentle person Driver to provide funding, not a driver to get results?

What I thought was peculiar, was that she spoke of Modena during the broadcast of the Mil Mihas and she had nothing but professional and positive things to say about them. So whatever the case maybe she is keeping business issues, business and personal, issues personal. She seem in no way spiteful towards them regardles of what the issues are.

Surely the dispute must be with the management, not with the team members.
