I don't know what they did with the #7 Audi, but it was tons faster than anyone else last time by.

Way to hand Porsche the race and probably both titles unless their luck runs out.

Good job Audi.
"I braked really early guys" Doesn't matter how early you brake with those tyres. That was just stupid. And it's raining even heavier, to suggest the Audi call was even worse. |

Well, IMO, that's what happens to a degree when the rules screw you over by having shorter range on fuel and longer refueling time. You have to take more risks to make things work in your favor.

That might not have been a tyre issue actually, it went round on him so quickly.
Lotterer on inters is flying, so Audi probably made the right choice on tyres. |

#8 made it back to the pits, not that it matters much aside from fixing the car and maybe getting some points. Only the #7 is in contention for a podium now, and that's dependant on how fast they catch/pass the surviving Toyota.

I'd have actually gambled on keeping Duval in the car for one more stint, because at least he'd have the advantage of knowing how the track was. Audi Sport are at least working on the car so they think they can get it back out. |

Track is drying, so now it's a question of how well Porsche/Lotterer/Sarrazin can handle their tyres.

It's usually to your detriment to underestimate Audi, but Porsche looks more Audi this year...

Andre is flying. He's been about 5 seconds a lap faster than anyone else. He'll probably catch the #6 Toyota in a few laps.

Seven seconds per lap edge for Lotterer ... I don't have much hope but he might at least make things interesting ...

Signatech Alpine shedding some bodywork and shedding some of the #2's bodywork in the process.

Of course it's easy to screw up when your back's against the wall because of what the ACO have done with Audi having a smaller tank and having to take a longer time to refill it. Something that should've been changed at the start of the season.
