Dragonspeed will be assisted by Racing Engineering in Le Mans and the rest of the LMS campaign.
They will also run Racing Engineering's Oreca, since the car they originally campaigned is owned by Cullen. http://www.dailysportscar.com/2020/0...programme.html |

We have enough cars to keep the event the success. If only the Toyotas could be challenged

If anything happens to the Toyota’s then it’ll be wide open for the outright victory. Got nothing against Toyota but that would spice things up immensely.
All that aside there’ll still be hard fought battles in the other three classes as always. |

SMP vs Rebellion was the most interesting aspect of 18-19 and that is sadly gone now. Maybe Ginetta vs CLM will provide it... for the first hour...
Anyway I don't mind it if Toyota wins it by 117 laps, in fact it'd be a nice contrast for things to come when that is no longer allowed. Seeing the speedy hybrid boost onboards during the night will be lovely for one last time too. I have a very similar approach to this race as for Sebring 2013 and Spa 24h in 2009. Please keep this to entry news and speculation. There are plenty of other places to discuss what you like, or hate, about the race.

It would mess up the graphical continuity of GT/GT2/GTE if they were split up middle way through the statistics, that's why I never tend to put them separately here or anywhere else. And I never agreed with the sub class mentality anyway, they are the same cars. Even the "1 year old car rule" in AM has been given waivers several times
For the same reasons of historical continuity and actual facts, if there happens to be a neutered CLM LMP1 and/or Chris Dyson Ginetta LMP1 in the next year's race, I will count such as LMP1 entry instead of jamming it into LMH, even if in the entry list it's listed as such I think in the future I might implement 90's into it as well, it would demonstrate nicely the "roughly 10 year interval" between the collapse of several headliner classes (90's GT1 in 1998/1999, 2000's GT1 in 2010/2011, LMP1 in 2020/2021, probably GTE in 20xx) Last edited by Deleted; 29 Aug 2020 at 13:22. |

This thread is for 2020 entry. Dangerous territory of taking this thread in the same old direction again. Can we not be subjected to your views on what is and isn’t a class again. The chart is nice, but it was obvious what would happen and you took it there with the follow up post. There are more relevant threads or start one. /mod

That would be a shame if you didn’t contribute about 2020 entries...
There is plenty of space on 10-10ths to discuss things. What we don’t need is the same posts repeated in every thread. If people would like to discuss how the entries by class have developed and the rights and wrongs of this here are those posts in their own thread: https://tentenths.com/forum/showthread.php?t=155446 Back to topic. Will we see any more changes to the entries before the 2020 race... Last edited by Adam43; 29 Aug 2020 at 16:39. |

Yes we will all be socially distancing on the sofa, supplies of appropriate food and drink available and hoping that in 9 months time everything will be different
