I guess Honda didn't convince both FIA and ACO on allowing hybrids in GT racing.

I hope it's gonna be competitive after applying balance though!

I was about to ask what track the promo video was filmed, but I saw a sign for it in the video, though I'm not familiar with the circuit's name (familiar with who it's named after, but not his namesake being used on a race track).

Also, did the test video show the car testing on Michelin or Pirelli tires, or something else? (Show car is on Pirellis).

Where does Michelin provide GT3 tyres?

Not IMSA, PWC or Blancpain. Neither does Michelin supply Honda in Super GT.

Aren't all the GT3 cars tested on Michelin's at the Michelin track for BoP purposes?

Real Time Racing will race it later this year in PWC if it gets Homologated in time.

Looking for teams to run next year in IMSA(semi-factory effort).

It is built and tested by JAS Motorsports.

It was initially developed/tested by them, but HPD will finish it's devel and testing through to it's GT3 homologation. JAS and the PMC in Ohio (where the Acura NSX chassis will be built) will also be involved (engineering). The 3.5l TT V6 will also be manufactured in Ohio according to St. Cyr (HPD pres.).

I'm hoping the test will go well and the car performs to the standards set recently during the 12H. Maybe then we'll the see car back in proper action!

I think if HPD comes up with a deal that is better than MSR running their own Ligier then I am sure it's on. That does not equate to HPD paying MSR to run it.
