#9 Audi seems to have gone off and ripped the whole front off. Not good for them at all.

It wasn't even much of an off, he just hit that curb at the worst possible angle.

Figures, I went to grab a shower and missed it.
Is the 9 able to get back to the pits or is it a DNF? |

Wow I can't belive a simple kerb has made so much damage to the Audi! Or maybe it's because the left extremity of the front spoiler dug in the ground...

What a strange accident. Surely the amount of rain during the week hasn't helped, as I suspect the ground was very soft and helped the car dig in before it struck the end of the curb. A silly error but a surprisingly tough consequence. Lucky the Cytosport car was not collected in it. Lotterer has been quick this year but this is not the first mistake either.

And that is how you lose endurance races... unbelivable stuff from Sarrazin.
They are completely in control of the race with one Audi down, no need to pull such shenanigans. |

Sarrazin hesitated before trying the pass. Hesitation is always a bad thing in motorsport. He is the only one to blame really...

Something i noticed, the Hybrid had both its punctures while Dumas was driving, perhaps Dumas uses the boost some place where Rocky and Bernhard don't and that was causing them?

Anyone know why there are never any onboards from either the Audis or the Peugeots?

I don't know why but that is a major oversight IMO. The Audi/Peugeot battle is THE story of the race, even more so than the GT battle. I think we're really going to miss the on board shots from them in the night hours.
