So Pye is brilliant but he didn't put him in a 3rd car, something he said he would never do but did for another driver in SVG..
Him publically stating that bringing Tekno in-house would be a good move also, why isn't he trying to sign him for that seat? Pye is OK but I'm not totally sold considering where the lead 3 PRA machines are running, Pye is hardly a rookie being midway through his 3rd COTF season. |

I'd suggest there are a couple (at least) of available agents at year's end that might be of greater interest than Pye. If theyre gunna run 2 cars, and if Ambrose isnt playing in the sandpit next year, then for sure Pye is a good option.

Why that is interesting is the recent noise of PRA's Pepsi Max branding being focused on only one car next season. The story around this suggested something about focusing the achievement of marketing objectives on one vehicle completely rather than as a shared space as is now.. Blah blah blah.. The noise from around the back of the powder room suggests that the budget from Pepsi is reportedly less than the amount required to run a single car, yet it is currently splashed across two of them. So the reduction in signage may not be an initiative of the sponsor, but rather a recognition by the team of applying a full commercial cost-based ratecard to their sponsor partners, as Ford reduces their involvement. There was no suggestion as to which of #5 (#1?) or #6 may become the focus of Pepsi's motorsport largesse in season 2016. Or indeed indications of a replacement sponsor for a now seemingly naked car. If there is no major sponsor currently for one of the cars in 2016, would PRA choose to release or sell this option over Mr Mostert elsewhere? There is lots going on at the minute. I reckon we wont know who's who in the zoo til Clipsal.. If then Presuming any of this actually happened |

Results aside, Chaz is 100% fit for the Pepsi demographic.
In some ways, why I think The Giz is going to end up in a Red Bull car. |

Lots of REC, driver and commercial movement ahead, hopefully PRA with their current success can secure a shiney new sponsor into the series rather than pinching from others like they and WP have been so good at in the past.

I think Fab will be the face of Supercheap Racing, SCAR , due to his market ability here and in New Zealand. Nothing against Tim, but he isnt marketable. SC hasnt really got out since rusty left, and with Burson/Auto Barn mix , (metcash sale) , there might be some adds , promo in the new year.
All this to fall in place , if young Ryan can give the sponsors a front runner and a driver who can flog there Company /products etc, host Business nights for store managers . Fabs would be good fit for SCAR , as any team looking to promote themselves and sponsors . |

The Supercheap car could be a front runner if they tipped enough coin into it.
Same goes for any second, third or fourth-string car. |

I feel a bit like one move could make this a very silly season, anybody else feeling that way?

INDYCAR TO DEBUT ON-BOARD LED POSITIONING PANELS
Wonder if this would be useful especially for spectators. I'm of the opinion that people want information and anything that provides more information easily in motorsport is a good thing |
