That AM-car may well turn up at ELMS while the Pro-car does full WEC. That would make sense.

Looks like it, even from this distance the slat-less bonnet says it's the GTE version, and the Gulf colours are closer to those that were on the dreaded AMR-One.

From what it looks like right now there very well might not be a Belcar this year. Major turmoil between the Belgian Autosport body and the organizers. Teams are voting with their feet and moving over to (formerly Dutch) Supercar Challenge.

And even if they get their act together for a Belgian top level championship, the plan was (at least before the current falling out) to bann any GT3s younger than 3 years.

So if it is the GTE car then it may well be wider with the rules allowing wider cars this year?

Whoa, that looks amazing! I really wish AMR/Prodrive had some greater transparency at the moment, but with the Le Mans/ALMS/WEC/ELMS controversy, and GTWC, I can sort of understand the delays! I'm really looking forward to the launch next week (Not really a 'launch'?), but has anyone heard any news about Darren Turner - he's a bit to good to be sitting on the reserve list! I also, as mentioned before, expect that the major rounds for Aston Martin (i.e. UK round of WEC) will have 'wildcard' entries of another car. Remember there's also the Downforce1 Vantage GT2 in ELMS GTE-Am too!

According to their twitter, they had their GT3 GT2(E) and GT1 cars there to benchmark the performance of the 3.

Aus GT owner Tony Quinn wanted to buy one to replace his DBSR9 but apparently he had trouble getting a firm answer out of them when the car would be delivered or so the story goes. Would love to see one downunder too and hopefully it'll happen. Mind you we have at least two DBSR9 here and I hope they still keep going round and round...

At least two DBR9s have been confirmed for the AMR Le Mans support race... hopefully the number will grow to at least five before June, it's not like the chassises are eglible to race anywhere else now! I don't think there'll be a shortage of GT2/GT3/GT4s
