Andlauer has La Source down to a fine art. Each time he has overtaken down the Kemmel it's because he's got a much better run being tight to the apex of T1.

IMSA has done it many times, sometimes for qualifying too.

In theory it can. If you lose the slowest of your three.
The downside is the third driver has less experience and hasn't gelled with the team come Le Mans.

Did they change this in F1, as they used to? Easier too as it is a distance not time race. I know they introduced a maximum time to stop it becoming silly.
