Like the others say here, there is no better advice than to STOP!
I wrote off my dads Discovery falling asleep at the wheel. If I feel tired now I stop and get something to eat and have some coffee or redbull. Never tried chewing but sounds like it works. Methods I used before that were loud music and opening the window fully but driving slower is helpful too. |
