Lol, you british (or should I tell english )students don't have a hard time . You should do erasmus here in Portugal when you're at uni. You'll see how a student life should be

how does one connect to a race or session ?.
what is the drawback of not having an up to date
version of a car on my PC?

We connect using a utility called WinVROC. It provides a list of hosted races, and also doubles as an IRC chat program all intergrated into one application. I usually host the races and all the race settings are setup by the host. All you have to do is click on the race that has been setup from the list and off you go into the race straight to whatever track/car we are using for that particular event. We will all be able to talk you through it.

The version of car you are running (I take it you mean grpahical updates) has no effect whatsoever. Whatever car you have installed is what you see on screen. The person you are side by side with down to Masta will see whatever car they have installed on their system.

Spudgun i already have winvroc installed so should be ok there. Thanks for the info.Yes i did maen grafical updates the only one i am running not updated is the Eagle at the moment.
