Danny_GT2 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Love the new #11 Saleen, matte black=*jizzed*! Anyhoo, Muller & Westbrook on pole in each classes, aswell as only G2 car the ARC Saleen which did well, & not a bad livery too!

Its not black as such, its unpainted carbon

The KplusK cars have different liveries too. They seem to have lost the red and black highlights from the front and sides.

Nice to see the grid with 4 Corvettes back. Great job by the DKR guys to get the Sangari car back on track and with good pace after that huge shunt at Spa.

Just a side note to end on, was it ever made clear why Trackspeed went back to their 2008 car for Adria and Oschersleben? I know the 2009 car ended up in the wall at Silverstone, but it didn't look that badly damaged from a glance.

Suspension pickup points were ripped off the chassis, so it had to go back to Porsche for repair.

Major job then. Lucky they still had the old car to run. It even showed good pace too.

Off Darryl O'Young's Blog:

"Unfortunately, our team mates in the #60 Prospeed car had some problems in scrutineering and although they qualified on pole, will start the race from last position on the grid."

It cant just be a coincidence that for the 2nd year in a row when the 50 Ferrari is challenged in the title chase that the Challenging Porsche keeps getting penalty's, and some ridiculous ones at that.

Does anyone know what the "problems" are yet?

As of yet the only place that says the #60 has failed post Qualifying scrutineering is O'Youngs blog, so no.

I agree, nice job by the DKR boys to get that back on the track and up to speed. Also, Bernoldi and Striet are impressive. I don't know much about them and I really don't know their history and what experience they have, but I'm quite impressed that they can get into a big, heavy and powerful car like the Corvette and immediately be so competitive. Nice job by them.

That nr 11 Saleen looks so tough. And the ARC Saleen looks quite nice as well.

Will be fun to see what Collard and Westbrook can do from the back, if they can get there Silverstone speed back i wouldn't rule them out.
