My very own list of the best 10 riders (all categories) so far:
1. Lorenzo 2. Pedrosa 3. Stoner 4. Marquez 5. Espargaro 6. Luthi 7. Dovi 8. Vinales 9. Cortese 10. Ianonne (Crutchlow?) Pedrosa > Stoner? I think so, because, even before his Indy crash, Stoner was out of the podium 3 times (and Indy's crash was self inflicted). Pedrosa has been just once out of the podium. Casey beats Dani just 6-5 (or 6-6 counting Brno), but you has to be somewhat regular if you want to be at the highest level. Anyway, I admit it's a debatable ordering. From 5 to 10 it is difficult to chose the right order, but I like the way I have put it, or something close to it. I think the only other MotoGP worthy is Dovi and perhaps Crutchlow, the rest are in the water. From Moto2 there are the big four, who are very detached of the rest of the field. Luthi is a "shodowy" rider, but his results are brighter than it appears at first view. Iannone is fast but very irregular, so I don't know if include him or not. About Moto3, I think Vinales is a future star, at least in Moto2, he is fast and with a mature head, and, fairly speaking, Cortese is doing a superb season. |

Stoners 4 wins to Pedrosa 1 before Indy crash would've put him in front - think Dovi is in front of Luthi too... List is pretty close to the mark I tho!
