Us - Not Happy is a slight understatement!

Especially as I was lining up 4th at the restart

Expect to hear more about what happened afterwards soon!

Once again well done Justin great race!

seems more than a little lopsided to make qualifiers from the first session of the day wait until the last race of the day

but should we start a new topic for this rather than steal Justins thunder?

Absolutely we should steal Justin's thunder. We don't want the success to go to his head!

RMR - the race was scheduled to start at 6pm, but because of red flags started much later. I know it was late, but there was still enough light for a 6-lap restart, which is all that was needed.

Given that there were too many cars for FF1600 and FF1800 to race together, although they did qualify together, I was surprised that they were put on last and not race three or something.

Must, at least, be a refund or free race elsewhere - making a single-header into a double.

(If they do that at the right place and time I'll bring out my Swift SC97 - although needs 25kg ballast to make the weight).

Most of us went to have a "word" with the Clerk of the course as i) It was still light and ii) way before the curfew. He could not give a reason as to way it was cancelled. Apart from they wanted to go home!

See the SFFC drivers forum for details and read Autosport next Thursday.

Ttich and I thought it was supposed to be close

All double header classes should have their second race after all the single header classes have had a chance to have their only race. After a similar experience at a BRSCC Oulton, NW FF1600 are guaranteed / promised not to face this scenario again.
