Happysnapper, you can bypass all that script and still use any photos if you know what you are doing, but it is generaly more polite just to ask for permission.

is it possible to include pictures as flash objects?
never did it, but it's maybe harder to catch back the picture itself

Im pretty sure you could set up a Flash file to accept photos... good way of doing it is that... you can still Print Screen it and then paste it in to an image app though...

Wouldn't all your viewers will need flash enabled on their computers to look at them?

if they get picky there isnt much you can do about it. Autosport used one of my articles once and couldn't even get an apology out of them. Also a (well known)team used a illustration I did in all the motorsport magazines sponsors used it too,,,,and still the team hasnt paid, a year later.

I'd recommend the watermark, its the only way. Small tip, put your web address on it as well, that way you might get some traffic and coverage out of it. Might as well try and get something positive out of it
