All in all guys a great event and one I certainly hope happens again next year, and next time round we should hopefully have a bigger field of GT1 machinery, its a shame there were various problems transportation wise for many teams or else the racing would have been much much closer and we would have been looking at around 7-10 competitve GT1 cars rather than 3-5.
As for a GT championship working in Australia, I think it could but it would need a good leader, someone like Ratel at the helm. Ive always thought that Nations cup could have done a little bit better than what it has, I know Australian fans are into V8's, but a lot of the cars in national GT series are V8's, if not a bit bigger. Hopefully one day a GT series can be established in Australia and become sucessful. |

Any news on a Possible GT series for next year Lou? Now that Nations cup has sunk where is there for the cars and teams to go? I know theres a Carrera cup in Australia but thats not much use, there was talk earlier in the year of a Australian GT championship for 2005, heard anything more regarding this?
