I would assume Mclaren had some new stuff for Japan. I think Renault were taking a pretty "PR intensive" approach regarding their developments, perhaps at some weak attempt at "psychological" warfare or something....whereas Mclaren tned to like to keep it quiet the things that they are doing.
I likewise doubt there will be any major changes for Shanghai, but there may be some little tweaks here or there. |
