Not sure what tie-breakers are used, but I assume they'd look at the number of victories first.
EDIT - Which should give it to Hornish, yes, seeing as he has four victories while Wheldon, surprisingly enough, has just one (I was certain he had more). |

I think he simply got stuck behind slower cars after that penalty and never really made it far enough to be able to hook up with the other three leaders as they drafted away.
The lack of yellows is what has allowed the top three to pull away in the first place, of course. |

 Well, to fill you in he speeded during a pitstop (IIRC when they pitted during the yellow early in the race). It was around that time, when he caught up to Tony Kanaan, that he said some naughty things about Kanaan over the radio as well. |

I reckon Castroneves is going to have a lot of lapped cars between himself and the leaders though, unless the IRL makes the unlapped cars line up behind the pace car that is (not sure what system the IRL uses).
