Yeah I dont think (anymore) pitsops matter ALL that much . Deffinately in the first few races... Usually you either win or loose by minutes so a few extra seconds in the pits aint gonna do much either way ... So atm im stuck with 100% pits but lower straights and bends

I have all stats above 95% but it seems to make no difference at all to race performances. In qualifying, I'm usually within 0.5sec of pole, but in the race, can be up to 3sec off the pace per lap.

Perhaps the race pace is being set using riskier driver settings than you're using...
Or they've upgraded their engine or something after qualifying...
Or you keep running out of fitness...
Or a combination of the above.

OK I always race to not run out of fitness. But not this time. I just put very risky strategies on my Sr and Jr cars in the hope they pay off.

Press Release
for release in cool sites forum only

Following a merger between Bomn's team "Bomn Enterprises" and Morris 1100's team "British Motor Corporation" we have decided to name the new team "Bomn Motor Corporation" or "BoMoCo". Further releases regarding driver line up and car liveries will follow.

This will be the last race for Bomn-01. After 2 seasons as our top car it is time to retire from racing. To celebrate the occasion, and because it qualified 14/15, Bomn-01 will be racing with no team orders (all insane). Bomn-01 will become BoMoCo's official test driver.

My grid positions;
Bomn-02, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12 & 14 - on pole.
Bomn-05, 06 & 13 - 2nd.
Bomn-15 - 3rd.
Bomn-04 - 6th.
Bomn-03 - 10th.
Bomn-01 - 14th.

Pretty good, considering our group rank was about 120th last season.

I am racing on crazy strategies today, but get the feeling that everyone is going to be doing the same. It should be a crazy race; wish I could get a video
