Hi Martin, point taken about Virenque, although he was banned for it...unusually Phil Bennett, Richard Virenque and I all have something in common - we have all won on bikes and in cars....although Tricky Dicky has done better on the bike....

I was supposed to be out there racing with Phil, but in the sister car to Vanina Ickx. Too much work and I am doing the LMES in a couple of weeks in an LMP2.

We will also help Phil at the LMES and Sam Hancock.

Keep up the good work - there is no other site quite like dusk at Spa looking down on the floodlit pits from Radillon, magic !

How far along is the race? Unfortunately being in the land of nascar, sportscar racing takes a very far back seat and even Speed cant cover it. I'm trying to watch a webfeed of the race but it stutters and I am a stupid american who only speaks english. Thanks for any updates I can get.

Hey, welcome! Yep, I wish Speed was going to cover this race, even if tape delay highlights, from what I am reading here and elsewhere and watching via computer, seems to be fantastic. Spa is such a great circuit. Has to be better then Nascar Poker Match or whatever they seem to come up with all the time. Is it my imagination or do they have less actual racing on each succesive week?
