I don't remember the policy of this site in regards to sharing illegal streaming links but obviously can find them yourself closer to event with quick googling
Other than that there's of course ES Player subscription (has general ES1/2 channels too in addition to the dedicated natural sounds feeds) but there's probably block in place for South America? |

Was browsing sth randomly and stumbled upon SPEED coverage for 2003. Hmm. Not "quite" to the level of good old Speedvision but I guess of in terms of content hours shown on actual TV it's pretty much the same where now... except SPEED had better reach than FS2 and they showed some brief Q footage
0900-0930 - Qualifying special (taped) 0930-1300 - Pre-race and live first-day race coverage 1430-1730 - Live evening race coverage 1900 - Live segment part of SpeedNews 1930-2000 - Live 30-minute update 0030-0400 - Live race coverage (dawn at Le Mans) 0400-0700 - Bonus 'insomniac coverage' (morning thru midday at Le Mans [with Radio Le Mans audio and world feed]) 0700-1030 - Live race coverage (the finish) Last edited by Deleted; 9 Jun 2016 at 23:53. |

I can honestly see why Fox doesn't show the whole thing. With the time difference and the dark hours being prime viewing hours in the US, there's not much to show then. Other than the diehards, not many are willing to watch the overnight coverage since they don't have a lot of lights like they do at Daytona. I'd be happy with that coverage if I was at home watching it.

I would bet Corvette will have their 24 hour on board streaming again. I think they tend to do it through a foxsports.com link. What I REALLY want to know is if Ford is going to do the same thing somewhere.
TV coverage focuses so much on LMP1 that I want to follow GTE. That is the class I am most interested in and the on board streams gives me a way to do that when we just see Toyotas and Audi's run around. |

As already posted on a couple of threads here, yes, Ford will provide live stream as will Audi once again

rx555 said that casual fans only enjoy night racing if there's floodlights.

Question for those of an Apple nature.
I'm debating getting AppleTV and Airplay either the WEC App or (if it works on an iPad, the WEC web stream?) to the TV. Has anyone experience of that. Does it work well. An alternative would be the Eurosport App. I have a Roku and SmartTV (Sony AndrioidTV) but no way to get app on their or a webpage from what I can see. While you can mirror a Roku on Android you cant on Apple. Thoughts before I shell out on an AppleTV (not the only reason, but I could do with waiting a few weeks LOL!) |

I came across these Eurosport+Quest in UK tv ratings from 2015 and earlier:
https://f1broadcasting.co/2015/06/15...428000-viewers The race, screened live on British Eurosport from 13:45 on Saturday through to 14:15 on Sunday, averaged 70k (1.1%), which is up on last year and equal with 2013’s average. The 5-minute peak on Eurosport of 172k (2.0%) came at 13:50 on Sunday afternoon, again up on 2014, but down on 2013’s peak audience of 248k. Of course, that is taking Eurosport’s figures in isolation. When you take into account Quest’s numbers, the picture is significantly different. Quest TV aired four programmes: two live programmes at the start and end of the race respectively, alongside two highlights programmes. The start of the race on Quest, from 13:30 to 15:30 on Saturday, averaged 140k (1.7%). In comparison, Eurosport averaged 131k (1.6%) from 13:45 to 15:30. The combined peak during this time period was a whopping 345k (4.1%) at 15:20, with the audience split 190k (2.3%) on Quest versus 154k (1.8%) on Eurosport. Quest, even if just first and last hour, is pretty big deal then (remember, owned by Discovery as is Eurosport). And mandatory F1 comparison (altough in reality some other sports would make a better yearly comparison, at least for those whose job is to stare at these figures): The most watched race in 2015 was the Canadian Grand Prix which averaged 5.35m, whilst the season ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix falls at the opposite end of the spectrum with 2.61m. (UK figures) https://f1broadcasting.co/2015/12/05...even-year-low/ 2012: https://f1broadcasting.co/2012/06/20...atings-plunge/ 2013: https://f1broadcasting.co/2013/06/25...in-five-years/ 2014: https://f1broadcasting.co/2014/06/16...atings-battle/ Last edited by deggis; 12 Jun 2016 at 00:45. |

The Ferrari Challenge race will be shown live on Sky Sport 3 (Italia):
http://guidatv.sky.it/guidatv/progra...entid=85928700 To my knowledge, that's the only place with live coverage of this race. Pretty sure even the continuous Eurosport Player stream is switched off before it. |

deggis, I already posted those Eurosport+Quest UK tv ratings last year, not much after the race.
I even remember that the peak of the combined channels reached ~450k, at some other point. |

Well I'm going to try for the WEC stream this year, I'm tired of fighting Eurosport UK with VPNs. I tried to use the WEC stream 2 years ago, but I don't think they even had a PC version available at that time, and the android app was a gui horror.
Hopefully this works. |

I'm afraid that in Latin America, Fox Sports 3 (former Speed) will be too busy on Sunday with World Superbikes, Nascar Xfinity and Formula 1...
