I guess I must have missed this, but on the previous page I see some Formula Le Mans cars on the 2010 list. Does this mean that Formula Le Mans will become a class in LMS, just like its happening in the States?

Of course A1 Team Malaysia is basically Jack Cunningham's team, which previously was the works MG LMP675 squad. The only thing Malaysian is where the money comes from. He seemed to be keen to keep that link, but I'm sure they'd go wherever the funding led them, not specifically to Asia.

Looks like Radical will have a presence in LMS after all - http://translate.google.com.au/trans...ance-3365.html

Flogging a dead horse , imho .
Underdeveloped and not likely to see much of it , other that to bring it in line with the new regs . |

They say that there is some new aero evolutions for the car besides the mandatory ones. Also, AER have some new updates... Any reason why Radical doesn't develop more what started to be one of the best LMP cars arround? Is money all the reasons necessary or LMS is not a priority? |

I think it would be great if they modified the SR9 to comply with the 2011 P2 regs, and made it to accommodate multiple engines configurations.

Nice to see the Radical back, probably for one last time I imagine. Can't see it setting the world on fire, but a welcome addition to the lower half of the LMP2 grid.
I can't help wondering if the starter problem in the last bits of Donington 2006 were, in retrospect, something really quite seismic for the car. If it had managed to get a win under its belt would more customers have come forward, so driving development and competitiveness? One of the many marvelous "what ifs?" there are to keep us occupied in the off season I suppose. |
