FIA YRM Tip No. 47 : Sleeper Cars

Do you have enough Sleeper cars? If you look among the fastest cars in the game, or even this league, you will find almost all were sleeper cars last season (and some even longer than that).

To win at the highest level, you must start the season with the maximum cash ($50mil) and the largest engine you can. They may mean not just having a sleeper car for next season, but starting them now for future seasons.

Note : Rumour has it BoMoCo and Wrexxx Grand Prix have sleeper cars gathering cash and HP for up to 4 seasons ahead

Although sleepers cant take anymore than $50 million from one season to the next, they remain quiet valuable. At the end of the season, spend the money on your engine (but only down to $50mil). Most (about 90%) of that will carry over from one season to the next.

Then when others start with a $10mil paydriver and a 700HP engine, you'll kick off with $60mil and decent engine already.


Playing to Win? - Well start planning right now! How many sleeper cars should you have? The basic formula is: Number of cars you race each season times 3.

If you race 2 cars, have 6 sleepers. In your 4th season you will be racing a car that has effectively saved up $120 million (or 50 mil with ALOT of upgrades). Then every season after that you go back through your cars in the same order. Alternatively, if you run 3 cars, re-use the same one each season and just add 2 new cars to your lineup.
