As far as I know they will stay at a youth hostel in Malmedy. They will be at Eau Rouge/Raidillon for the start of the race on sunday. Some Club Arnage guys will meet at the beer bar in the paddock on saturday after the CER race.

Is Les Combes a regular camping site or a temporary one?

Come guys. Resting in a hostel is lame.
I can't wait to put my tent up at Les Combes on friday together with the other gt-eins.de people That weekend will be more than just great. Apart from that 48 car grid we have 2 Porsche 917K's and a Ferrari 512S in the CER event. I just hope I don't see the "Le Mans" scene again where the team-bosses spy at each other whether to take wets or stay on the dry tyres |

The link Brielga posted for live streaming earlier in this thread is here but I'm not sure if it'll be up and running. |

It would appear that we've got the usual problems with live timing..........

No GT love I see....
Jamie Melo has a busy weekend. Maybe he can make a 2 for 2 this weekend? He's on pole for today's ALMS event in Houston and if the current streak that the Ferrari 430 is having holds up, I wouldn't be suprised if they dominated both events, the cars have been JUST THAT GOOD. 2 wins, 1 second, 2 poles, not bad for a BRAND NEW car. I hope LNT can take the challenge too them, they ran well at Istanbul, but I feel the Panoz is somewhat in its element in Spa, a fast track with mostly fast corners and a couple of very SLOW ones. That in effect lense itself to the layout of Spa very well with that thumping V8 and good low-end torque. Fast cars are rewarded here and I expect even the top Porsche teams to struggle if they can't match the outright pace set by these 2 cars and even the TVR which finished well here last year for LNT. * After just seeing the results of the first open practice, its encouraging... LNT up finished 5th, but as expected a Ferrari 430 lead practice a blistering 2+ seconds faster than the Marc Lieb driven Porsche, with Tim Sugden at the wheel. Post more lata, got to rest... |

Creation have a(nother) big problem!
Felipe Ortiz was a little overambitious trying to pass the Lucchini which led to a major spin. Having come to a standstill he was clipped by a Corvette which resulted in a front wishbone puncturing the tub. No carbon fibre shop at the circuit so the car is being taken away for repair. So no Creation in this afternoons session, let's hope they can get it repaired in time for qualifying/the race. (Source DSC) |

Hello,
So Pescarolo and Creation where I expected them to be but Zytek might be a bit disappointed at the moment behind 3 LMP2's. Early days yet. Oreca right up there with the Saleen ahead of the Aston Martins. A remarkable resurgence for the marque this year. Goes to show what good teams can do with a car. Practise is OK BUT qualifying WILL be more interesting. Hope the weather holds for the weekend. Even though I know the reasons, its a shame MOTORS TV isn't showing the race live this year. Nick |

Sadly it looks very unlikely - Bicks said that they are going to pack up and go home. Real shame that.
