Michael Schumacher?
(just posting the first name that came to mind and fits the criteria, let's see who takes it as gospel... ) |

Come to think of it, it's really not easy to think of a big name driver who never has driven (not even tested) a prototype and isn't ruled out because of commitments to other series. |

The difference between the P2 Zytek and the Asto...err the Lola Coupe at the nose is interesting. Lola has the traditional twin layered horizontal winglets, while the Straka car has a vertical aero piece extending up from the splitter to the fender. Boy that would be a really interesting feature if it was a moveable nose rudder.
And what car is the white LMP with CODE24 on the nosepiece. Looks kinda like a Zytek/Creation footbox, but the fenders are rather squarish. |

He'll certainly be quick. Seems this test is with a view to a potential Le Mans berth in one of the Oreca cars.

Has Avon been developing a tire since the last time they made LMP rubber several years ago? This surely isn't GT-spec rubber, is it?
Also it seems toe OAK Pescarolo has magically swapped numbers from 35 to 24. |

EI is saying that LAA will run Dunlop in the LMS, Michelin for FIA GT, and Pirelli in FFSA. Why would they do that?
On another note the Gallardo looks amazing. Hopefully it can be competitive... not sure about its driver lineup though. |

Hey guys, this is so bizarre about Bruno. I read the post about the mystery person and read the guesses as to who it may be and started thinking - first thought was Mika Salo but then realized that he drove the Audi R8 and is still a Ferrari factory driver. Having seen articles about Senna's disappointment with Ross Brawn and the look on his face in the photo on crash.net and autosport I was going to put him name on here as the "wild card" but thought, no...you guys would think I'm totally nuts. Guess changing your last name from that of your mother to that of your uncle and showing disappointment get's you noticed. I am correct in thinking...does he not have a ride next year with iSport? Next time, I'll enter my thought!!
Have a great day. Carol |

The live timing site I use for LMS and other series is not showing the Paul Ricard test...it starts with Barcelona.

I see the 4,000 grandstand tickets made available to the public have sold out, supply failing to meet demand.
