356sc should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Standing and running water all over the track at Spa….was more like skippering a yacht than driving a car!

Cancellation of the evening/night sessions was inevitable.

Will be interesting to see how they adjust the schedule today to catch up.

Our quali is meant to be 9am this morning, flippers and snorkel at the ready!

Yes, I saw several sessions have been cancelled yesterday evening. Hope its improving. Be safe, have fun and let us know if possible. Last weather forecast is encouraging, few showers but heavy fog in the morning for both Sat and Sun. This is Spa.

Seems qualy went well with the 13th place overall. I had them as finishers but only one driver listed (Will).

Very wet quali, which suits us fine! Dad is still struggling with post op hand, so is not racing this weekend. Race 1 was dry so we just got monstered by the more powerful cars…just drove past us on the straights. Race 2 this morning, sadly think it might dry again….never thought I would be hoping for rain!

Thanks for reporting Will, dry or wet have fun. Hope your dad's hand is good enough for spannering and grabbing some fricandelles or kwaossons… As to powerful cars, I think PA and others should add a new class for people like us having a tow vehicule more powerful than the race car! No more discussion, pedal to the metal now!

Last weekend was the 6 hours of Navarra by VdeV Sports. One grid for the weekend, three drivers possible, nice track, fine weather, entry fee 5900 €, HTP not mandatory, no slick tires, relaxed ambiance but only 20 cars on the grid. Go figure…

Next 6 H race at Paul Ricard, four drivers possible, 5/6 July, entry fee 5900 €.

It seems the 356 team had a good weekend, finishing both races. Will got rid of a mighty MG B in the last lap of race 2, he had fun doing this I think.

Yes was great fun. Car ran faultlessly all weekend, and we now seem to have a set up that does not destroy the Dunlop tyres….result!

I may have already said this. Apologies if. I have. When I first raced at Dijon I said to delta that it was a bit of a mickey mouse track. But by the end of the weekend I had changed my tune and liked it very much. That opinion was reinforced on several further outings there.
And what’s not to like about about a great event, beautiful countryside and setting aside an extra day to visit some excellent vineyards and do some tasting.
