It nearly happened earlier at the same corner, in the same situaton. So avoidable.

Yeah that to me looks like a 50/50 crash; Scott should have seen how far ahead Romain got, but with how tight the turn was, Romain should have known he wasn't going to make it, and Scott wouldn't be able to slow down in time to let Romain by.
