Loca's move to LCR for 2004 could revitalise a stalling career. Don't forget, the guy is a former champion and was doing well in 250s until his teams finances disappeared.

He was ok on the KTM this year but really struggled in qualifying, which is so important.

Ui is all set to move into 250s. He's probably disappointed to be leaving the 125s without a title, but IMO it's a sensible move as he was going nowhere.

Simoncelli is a rider of the future and should go well at Exalt...

worst thing about the Ui move is that it could steal Ant West's ride

Ok, since the article itself says that Jacque is well-backed by sponsors, will Gauloises stay with Tech 3 if Jacque cannot find a seat? Or could they demand a seat for him somewhere?

I think the question is, would Gauloises be interested in sponsoring a bike that is less competitive than Yamahas having had a difficult year even though Jacque is well supoorted by them.

Rossi's main sponsor in Yamaha will be the Agip Oil company, so lots of yellow on that bike.

Haga is looking for a BSB ride.

It looks like BSB 2004 is going to be an exiting season.

alonso11 has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Gábor Talmácsi has been in 'wind tunnel' with Malaguti and will test the new aero-package on Rimini's airport before christmas.A real dedicated team it seems!

Vesa Kallio (the older brother of Mika Kallio and the reigning vice-champion of the European 250cc championship) joined Team Hungaria to partner Imre Tóth in the 125cc world championship on an Aprilia.

At first glance Talmasci's move from the team that won the 2002 125cc title to Malaguti (best race finish 12th in 2003) seems like a significant step backwards. But what sort of resources have Malaguti got? Can they challenge the leading runners in the 125 class?

Ah, it's confirmed now? Nice. Do they have that Red Devil - sponsorship as well?

Aprilia already said after Valencia that Edwards and Haga would not be riding for them in 2004. Honda Racing should be in BSB next year so here's hoping for Haga on a Fireblade!

It has been reported that Nobuatsu Aoki will be testing with Proton KR at Valencia from 10/Dec to 12/Dec and also, there is a strong chance of them switching to Dunlops next year.

Malaguti with a Russian sponsor no less??????????
McW to Aprilia- from one dead duck to another..........
Proton on Dunlops- well, they will be playing tail-end Charlie with WCM next season. Be interesting to see the second-year V-5 running against the rumoured WCM V-6.
