Looks like I dont have to rain dance as the weather looks bleak for Saturday with lots of rain and plenty of wind but there is still time for it to change,a lot of sun would be nice.

Ah, but does it have to run post-86 and pre-87?

Now there's five classes they could run another split?

You doubtless wouldn't want it but if a few more, say, RF90s entered, wouldn't the BRSCC take the cash and move the 87-89 Class (C) to the older car race?

Also, did anyone ever say how the KOK points will work with regard to NWFF?

Wouldn't have thought that has anything to do with the owners - it'll be something decided by the local council.

And re: this weekend - GO UCLAN!

Will be following the meeting on MST and clubff1600.co.uk eagerly from Brands!

John,
Sympathy for Post86 late entries [in fact any late entries] is not a great concern to me. My regulars know my thoughts on entering on time.
I have heard that the Post86 numbers are now into reserves, but won't find out until tomorrow, as the entry is on an HQ computer that is used by a person who is off work today!

Regarding the historical split at Pre87, the numbers would probably work better - in this instance - at a Pre90 and Post89 split. I guess the numbers would be approx 20 - 24
However, this isn't my, nor the NW Centre's shout.

How the KOK points will work with regard to NWFF?

As per the regulations is the quick answer, but I think you are coming from the direction of two lots of maximum points on offer. I don't think it will cause a problem, as any older car driver thinking of 'pot hunting' will most likely not feature highly in the overall top 25 in the KoK stand alones.

Are you popping over on Saturday to have a watch? Steve Burns is.

Ian I will get you in if the BRSCC bother to send me any tickets!!! They have still not turned up!!

Back from Scotland after being a silly boy and filling a diesal car full off unleaded.....in the middle of no where (10 miles north of Knockhill) and at 8.30pm on a Sunday with everything closed......
Also had my new client in the car as well........what a shocker of a weekend....

Sarah did the opposite last friday she managed to put £10 of diesel into a petrol ,then realised as it started chugging and smoking ,luckily she got back to the fuel station and diluted it with unleaded .It will probabley still smell like an old canal boat on saturday!!!!Daft Mare.

Calling all NWFF1600 racers!!

Unfortunately I am unable to get to Oulton this weekend to speak with you and get addresses so I can send you my brochure. Please can you PM or email me your home addresses so I can send you one? Its all about Chassis Tech and how I can get your car feeling better and going faster! I have given Steve Roberts my business cards to put at signing on so please take one and get in touch.

Many thanks

Matt Rivett
