Question:

Forgive me if this has been covered in the previous 30 pages, but...

Which Judd engine will be in the RollCentre Dallara?

The GV4L or the GV5L V-10?

They will be using the GV4 as they said that there was not enough time from when they got the car and Sebring to evaluate it with the GV5 unit . But it might happen .....

Pole for the FIA SCC race in 2002 was 1.29, or there abouts.

Looks like this time could be beaten, if the weather is good.

It will be good to see the prototype teams/manufactuers developing there cars during the season. Recent years have seen little development in the prototype field in Europe.

if anything else they should consult Doran Racing, as they had the GV5 in their Dallara LMP since they raced it in both Grand Am & ALMS. They could also use the measurments of the engine compartment to scale-up for their installation.

Bad news on the Lister front, I have just seen over on DSC that it looks like Jamie Campbell-Walter has left the team.

hmmmm... hope it's not a "falling out" with the Lister team or the factory, as they've been a great team together. With either Colonel or any of his past teammates, J C-W has always been a great part of British GT.

Be a shame for him to leave...

... unless he's comming over to this side of the pond.

Can someone post the best times from the recent test if available?

Does someone know who is driving the Dome on this picture? It is not Lammers or Wallace. Picture was taken yesterday in Estoril.

Sander.

Could be, JAG...

But I sure don't recognize it from any of the helmets of prominent US-born road racers or Champ Car guys....

Does anyone recognize this helmet???

Maybe Liz???

and that's a good source to check....

that's unusual for it not to turn up....maybe someone is sporting a "new look" on their helmet, and since the seasons for many road racing series have not opened yet, this new "dome" hasn't been spotted...until yesterday, that is...

On Creation Sports site, they say they will be recieiveing updates/development parts from Zytek throughout the year, which is encouraging, and there will definately be a 3rd Zytek in the LMES.

A former RN Motorsport mechanic also says, in his opinion, the Zytek is quicker than the R8. He says it just needed the low downforce aero kit for the 'fast' circuits, which RN did not have, and some little bugs ironed out of the car.

Yep me too! What is Tom Coronel doing there? Is Lister testing too? Or advising Duncan.

See Vandijk's website . Coronel will drive the Lister LMP in LM and LMES (and the Lister GT in FIA GT).

I see from today's Autosport that Goh are planning to enter a Porsche in the LMES, but it will be seperate operation from the Audi Project.

A bit more Porsche news from todays Autosport - VLR, ie Team Halfords for BTCC, are planning to run the ex-EMKA Porsche 911 in all 4 LMES rounds.
