I think that was the cause of the yellow. The previous yellow had been lifted.

Anyway, then we can talk slow zones, FCY and SC

If we do not believe in slow zones work, do we believe drivers will respect yellow flags? What i like about slow zones is it is controlled, unlike yellow flags.

FCY and SC, i do not see the big difference. Often you see track vehicles on the road while cars passing by under SC, why could they not do so under FCY? All cars have radio, tell the drivers there are slow vehicles and be carefull.

Or am i naive?

Edit: Or not seeiing the full picture?
