Sad news but it's official now. The Nasamax team withdraws from Le Mans 2005 24 Hours. The Porsche T2M is in.

likely financials -- that was what I heard from one of the guys mid this week after having a chat with their press officer. Let's hope they will continue the development of their 2006 car and see them back in Le Mans next year (or perhaps at an LMES race).

I am not sure -- personally I have not heard anything about these rumours. What's the source anyway? Hopefully at DSC they know more

It is very sad news that Nasamax will not be on the grid at this years Le Mans. It is great project and I hope to see them back on the grid in 2006.

Sincerely, I'm not concerned... the list can still afford three or four other withdrawals... I don't think it's gonna go further...

I agree, last year it stopped around there and this year I think there is much more commitment. But like Sander I'd like to see a 2nd RfH car....

On Jérôme Mugnier's Virages : Sébastien Loeb confirmed his interrest for LM, but needs parctice to benchmark his own ability in the prototype. He doesn't want to penalize the other pilots when the overall victory is possible. He trained on his... Playstation ! And shared advises with Sarazin in New Zealand...

Suggest you contact the ACO or your ticket agent advising the date you will move and your new address. Easier than relying on guesswork!

We will know a lot more in a few days; the teams have to pay the majority of the entry fee on the 13th or 14th.
Teams that will pull out will certainly not pay; so that's the first test.
The ACO will allow teams that have paid to withdraw until May 27th or so to get a refund of most of the entry fee. After that date all the reserves that have been accepted to race will be announced. After that: nothing anymore.
