19dodge should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
how about having pre qualifying be a 6 hr endurance race? all the cars enter, have it be like a LMES race kinda.

as i previously predicted, BMS has offically withdrawn from the 24hrs. The Perspective Porsche now is in the race(using an alternative fuel source if i remember correctly). XL racing is next on the resevre list, after that its the RFH dome.

Autosport reports that another team might enter a bio-ethanol car in the 24 hours of Le Mans, the #75 Thierry Perrier.

From the looks of the field, I think that the BIG race is kinda looking like the LMES

I think you're right Tim. The LMES will be far more competitive than Le Mans.

Actually, I was thinking that with all of the LMES teams in the race, it looked like their lineup, but when you look from that perspective, you could make a decent case, too....

No this is not the case. Can't remember the year, might have been the late '80's when Hans Stuck did Nurburgring as well as Le Mans.

Can anyone assist?

I forgive you.

Really today it´s very difficult (surely impossible) to run two 24 hours races the same weekend. You have to think that with three drivers in every car, a driver has three hours more or less between stints, add the travel and the stint in the other race, and again other travel more. At least in my opinion is near of impossible.

so if Force One withdrawn should confirm, RFH would have the worst place of the list: first one not to enter

and 54 cars left to see on track

according to Yves Courage on Infocourse , the 5 C65 are already built and testing (at Magny cours for taem Epsilon and team Courage, while Belmondo Racing already tested his)
and Courage is building a 6th chassis (just in case)
so no chance one of them to withdrawn

Thank you for the link, Bernard, and congrats to the journalist's work of Infocourse.

That's much more clear now ; all the C60 chassis are for sale... 385 000 € each.

Yes, good news are also bad news ; and show how the ACO's choice was irrelevant... already two entries withdrawn !

Still hope for two more, the RFH definitely deserves its entry ; but won't it be too late ?

According to DSC, Perspective have dropped their plans to run the Porsche on bio-ethanol. Their driver lineup will apparently be the same squad they ran last year, Ian Khan/Michel Neugarten/Nigel Smith- and will be using Khan's own Porsche (the ex-EMKA car) rather than Perspective's regular car

so this makes one more "ordinary, boring Porsche"

definitely not worth it

Obviously yes, but the car claimed a nice third in class place last year... quite an achievement for Thierry Perrier...

I would agree there I saw him drive in the guest car in British Porsche Carrera Cup at Croft last year and I was very impressed.
