We still have to see a single mechanical problem on one of the other works cars..and there's six of them!

It would need an absolutely bizarre turn of events to make a Toyota win happen.

Well, F1 cars improved only some half second this year, so, it's not only Toyota that had poor development

#9 has some serious speed there. If I'm not mistaken, Albuquerque is on the third stint and the guy has lapped in the last few laps 3.21.1(had traffic),3.20(bit less traffic) and now 3.19.3

Is there any reason why Hindy commentary is used on the stream for all WEC rounds but not the big one? The team they have on there is drab..rather listen to the ex-drivers on Eurosport.

The F1 cars got 10kg heavier and have even longer noses this year so they are not under the same regs.

Just looking at the classes, they are all pretty close coming up on 6 hours in. There is still a long way to go.

I think the big issue is that for Le Mans RLM needs its whole crew to cover the race on one commentary. At other WEC rounds they can let Hindhaugh (and whoever else is needed) do the WEC comms and have their own crew doing a free-to-air broadcast as usual.

Add that to Hindhaugh probably not wanting to spend 16+ hours commentating for various streams and I would assume this is why he isn't on the WEC feed for Le Mans.

I'm watching the #17 onboard on one screen, he's getting some really bad breaks with traffic. I've been sceptical of Webber a lot in the past year, but he's earned an apology from me in recent events so I'm not going to jump on him after a few laps.
