The Donington 'night race' was a rumour - it turns out that the circuit will be hired to the club until the evening, but it's more likely that the races will be held in the afternoon, and the evening will be taken up with trackday sessions..

Sorry for the confusion

Well don't keep opening it then!

I was asked to keep this topic at the top as people have found it useful to enable them to plan what events they are going to attend in 2002. As the season is only just getting underway I think it is still useful for that very reason.

Having done some research into the calender for the 2002 Eurosport Super Racing Weekends, this seems to be it:

21st April France Magny Cours
5th May Great Britain Silverstone (*)
19th May Czech Republic Brno
2nd June Spain Jarama
30th June Sweden Anderstorp
14th July Germany Oschersleben
4th August Belgium Spa (**)
22nd September Italy Pergusa (***)
6th October Great Britain Donington Park
20th October Portugal Estoril

(*) The FIA GT race will be held on Saturday May 4th in the early evening.
(**) The FIA ETCC race will be held on the morning of Saturday August 3rd, before the start of the FIA GT race, the Proximus 24 Hours of Spa.
(***) subject to the homologation of the circuit

Just to update the rest of the Super Racing Weekend, the Formula Renault 2000 and Clio V6 Trophy are basically the same as posted by Hakkiman above except:

1. The Clio V6 Trophy goes to Monaco for the Grand Prix support on the Saturday and Sunday a week after Brno so doesn't make the Czech trip.

2. Neither Championship is going to Enna, instead there is a round at Imola on the last weekend in August.

Cheers
