According to DSC / projectlemans.de the Kruse Pescarolo was destroyed in a truck fire on Monday this week, so I guess they won't be at Silverstone.

The Kruse Pescarolo will be a no-show, www.projectlemans.de and DSC are reporting that the car and transporter were destroyed in a fire while returning from a test at the Lausitzring earlier this week...
That's an awful way to end the season for them.... Last edited by KA; 6 Sep 2007 at 10:46. |

Why do they not have infield camping like they had in 2004 & 2005 instead of expensive Whittlebury Hall? Camping on the infield so added to the atmosphere of the meeting!

Pictures of the Kruse Pescarolo fire:
http://www.gt-eins.at/cms/index.php?...=1790&Itemid=1 I didn't realise how bad it was... it's lucky nobody was hurt. Let's hope Kruse can come back from this for next year. |

Despite the wording (regarding the team's relationship with Panoz), I wonder if this is this an indicator as to the direction in which LNT will go in 2008.
Very exciting news!! |

The entry list for the CER support race - for once it looks like we'll get a decent grid in the UK, with 45 cars! Liking the GT40, Porsche 935, Ferrari 512 and the BMW M1's in the entry - looks quite nice and varied. Can be found here:

Just thought I'd say the timetable has finally been released for public viewing, looks like plenty to see on all 3 days.
