its not that hard to build a decent turbo motor, as they dont need reving to make power lots of the tricks needed to keep atmo race engines together dont apply, the engine is only really a case of a carefull build from a sensable selection of parts, and making sure the turbo and intercooler setup are well suited to the engine, look at it like this, i've built two stonking turbo motors out of engines that hardly anyone and almost no one turbos thay they both ripped like gooduns, on sensable basic principles only.

According to Steve Burns there are now 27 entries which is excellent, apart from the radicals the grids are pretty good for the weekend, a total of 216 entries not bad for eight championships

Grr that's not great. Sunday race starts at 15.10...will be tight, very, very tight. Saturday is more feasible...

[edit] forgot to say - thanks for the link Chez!

That timetable is pretty much acurate but inside information tells me the race times are incorrect, hence the different one on our website.

And oh yeah...there are now 28 entries

I didn't know Lord Crash Fluke-Gravel had been in with Bubba again (He's ma puppy now!). What for this time. Fabricating the model of a non-existant Vauxhall Astra model (the GSR).

I think flogging moody race cars with not all the bits that were said to exist at time of sale. Possibly

There is a paddock plan with the final instructions, and apparently they have paddock marshals to try and make sure it is adhered to.

Combe is either beautiful or horrible - one of my favourite memories of there is seeing FF in the snow maybe ten or so years ago. First time I'd ever watched a race while it was snowing!

Paddock plan - where do I find the finals on the net...? Had a quick look and didn't see, prob me as normal...

From what I heard, hope Castle Combe paddock is better policed and organised than the Snetterton paddock! Good luck everyone. Can't wait for the pictures and reports!

Don't think there are any finals on the net Suze, find a DTRC entry list and time table on Rods Site but I think thats all you'll find...HQ don't seem to be as efficient as 750mc and that.

But if you look at things as though you were coming in through the competors entrance the DTRC are on the left hand side of the gate.

Ah ok, thanks...good thing it's due to be sunny then, because when we were there in March we were there in the paddock and it was a mud bath!

Never mind re finals.

Oh yeah ? Damn computers...

Try this

Check out the link to their website at the bottom. It looks really nice, but I like the bit where it says " Wide choice of pubs nearby"
