Hope they are a bit more reliable for the race, 14 out of 18 cars actually qualifying, is a bit subpar.

That really sucks that Wilson can't race. Looks like AJ will get second in the standings then.
Its all down to Briscoe for RuSPORT.  Good to see Power on provisonal pole.

What a fantastic lap by Power. Power will start on the front row and gets a point to now be only 8 points behind 4th.

Im sure he can be replaced GTR , but I doubt Rusport would bother , they would just pack it up for the weekend and concentrate on Briscoe's entry I think.
anyway the first practice session for today (saturday) has just got underway (race director is claiming to have cameras going for this but I still have no vision  )

alot of people having trouble making the chicane along the beach front , at least 4 or 5 have skipped across the grass there

Nice to see Pizzonia up near the front so quickly, wasnt sure that he would be so soon. Briscoe down in 10th, still, so far so good.
