Oh dear. There has been a lot of odd stuff going on in and around the Pescarolo camp lately, a bit much to believe he's always the victim.
Shame about the cars, was looking forward to seeing them both. |

The link from the "Maine libre" the Sarthe newspaper which is a pescarolo supporter.
http://www.lemainelibre.fr/actualite...-06-2012-36018 Open it in google for translation. as we know Jousse was a paying driver not a paid one. |

Since both cars are new, it means they either run on Sunday or are out of the race, correct?

Shame to see Henri's team in such a decline since nearly losing out to Audi in 2005. Maybe it is time to throw in the towel? |

I have tremendous admiration for Henri Pescarolo and his team , but maybe he needs a slap on the wrist ..... but that might sound the death bell for Team Pescarolo .
Henri really shouldnt be doing whats alleged the article above , if indeed its true . Im sure if the cars arnt presant this weekend , the ACO will give him a waiver ..... he is Henri and his team is Le Mans based ..... and he is French !!! This bull does cast a shadow on the event though . |

According to http://www.lemans.org/fr/courses/jou...parc_7216.html the two Pescarolo cars missed scrutineering today and the garage is locked.
Imagine that the Dome will not be allowed to race because the legal action of Julien Jousse. This is very bad |

There will be a little Frenchman , hiding near the techno park with a spare key made at Mr.Minute in the Carrefour ..... dressed up like Johnny onion ring ...........
I would be surprised not to see them at the race ..... though if they dont make the test weekend its bad for development and setup as they will have it all to do in a short time . Point : If the team has been excluded , then there must be news of a P2 Lola and an IMSA 997 in , and the teams would surely be informed by now . |

Both the 32 Lotus/Lola-Judd and the 76 IMSA Porsche are already at the circuit, they were going to be at the Test Day anyway. So the kit is there, the drivers are there, it's only a matter of whether they will be allowed into the race or not.

in this situation none is the winner; even if hasn't been correct, pescarolo did every kind of compromises to run their cars at le mans and surely after this, dome won't care anymore of pescarolo having wasted their LM project and ambitions. Even if a judge will agree with jousse, being a paying driver, ruined his reputation... i don't know how many teams will be happy to have in the team a driver that can sue you ruining a whole season.

Henri got the Luxury Ferri's impounded over a dispute , now Jousse has Henri's cars impounded over a dispute .
Not really interested in hearing Henri's whinging anymore . So , what exactly should Jousse do Alex , roll over and take it in the nuts . He has sponsorship commitments too I expect ? |

trust, if i was in jousse i will do the same that he hid. I agree with him, but being realistic and objective this sue damages pescarolo, dome, ACO credibility, the guy who owns the 03 tub, pescarolo team staff and jousse future career it self.
Won't be easy to find a solution. |

Jousse has every right to do this. If he had driven like that fool Ayari did back in 2005 I could have understood it but Jousse despite being new has been consistently one of the best drivers on the grid. He completed his run at LM2011 with NO mistakes and was lap after lap the fastest Pescarolo driver. Not to mention it appears he was in a contract, and that it is pathetic that they'd wait until so late to dump him. Looking at this year's driver talent line-up (or lack therefore of), Jousse could have easily found a ride in one of the 4 classes had he been let go months ago.

This is becoming a boring, political and legal mess. Which is a damn shame since I was looking forward to seeing the car, and Julien, at Le Mans this year. |

a contract is a contract ,for a driver waiting a year for racing at le mans and sacked at the last moment is a nightmare. In every entreprise, rules must be applied ,we live in civilised countries. In such a case, the manager has to put its money on the table ,HP is not a poor man but an egoist.
Bouchut suffered the same situation a few years ago from PESCAROLO and during three years he had to convince the others teams he was not a wreck but a fine driver . this situation is crazy ,but who showed this way to Jousse if HP himself when he decided to seize the luxury ferrari during 3 weeks ,without consideration about the team and drivers . He is now eating its own cooking and can appreciate . |

So it seems that kicking Jousse was the secure way to get the cars on track. Although it sounds a bit foolish of Henri, if he truly have declined to help Jousse in any way! |

trust in a workplace, it can be an office or a racing team, a worker that (even if is right) is brave enough to sue other associates or the manager hardly is appreciated... a large number of people prefer to have a solid stability in their workplace than risk to defend the rights of someone else. Is simple social engineering.

Can anyone explain what Jousse is trying to accomplish with his action beyond hurting Pescarolo badly? Getting back the money that he/his sponsors paid for the seat? I doubt that the money he is bringing is anywhere near the money that Goethe is paying to get Hall in the car. Forcing Pescarolo to replace Collard or Bouillon instead such that Jousse can still drive?

News flash. According to http://www.lemans.maville.com/sport/...64288_actu.Htm the court has ruled in favor of Pescarolo and even condemned Jousse for abuse of the process!

Jousse is in a tough spot now. As, as others have alluded, it's not exactly doing him that many favours in the world of sportscars. That would be my thinking.
