He's obviously ****ed off throwing the rear wing like that lol, no one to blame there but yourself though. The Rebellion was just a nose fix, they hit just right. Here it looks to be another story if he can get it back.

That rear end hit sideways into the wall and the whole car left the ground, that's a lot of shock through the drive line. I'd say it's terminal.

Not necessarily, it's there for efficiency. The Internal Combustion Engine puts out about 500hp. The rules limit fuel flow into the ICE.

I think that Toyota are making quite a bit more than 500bhp with the engine alone. I'm betting maybe closer to 600hp.
Point is that whatever they're doing on the engine end is working. And also realistic for the real world. |

They state its about 500hp, I'd add a pinch of salt and call it 530hp. Not like they've got any LMP1 Hybrid competition. The fuel flow limits the power they can make and the boost pressure, similar to F1. Plus it's got to last 24 hours+.

I'm actually enjoying the atmosphere of this race. Sucks that the safety car phases have broken up the field and interrupted the flow. Toyota's shot at the distance record has probably taken a big hit, too.

57 cars have now done over a 1000 racing miles (119 laps) including the ByKolles.
And ByKolles proved 68% of us wrong that they would only manage 100 laps or less. |

Not in details. It dropped a lot of fluids and went to the pits, but according to the commentary AF corse aren’t bothering working on it so whatever it is, it must be terminal
