Ferrari Hypercar would have to be run by Ferrari? Seems to defeat the purpose. Thought the purpose was to be able to sell the Ferrari plated cars but I guess they'll just sell the old cars and build new each year for AF Corse

Seems like Porsche can sell all they can build and Jota shows you can run it well


Man, the ES guys don't know many computer dorks. My dad still runs the house on windows 3.11, and kid computer games run really really well on his old Compaq laptop, they don't run at all on the newer Dell

Ok, going back to my G56 idea of the fast Oreca 07. Just had an interview on rlm with Stuart Cox and he was making comments about how easy the car is now that they have been slowed down by the ACO to make sure the Hypercars were faster. Made me laugh

Well HSR has been letting teams open up to 07s, or whatever the LMPC cars were. Savannah Race Engineering used to post their updates. They are NOT LMPC speeds and mix it up with the R8 and then the IMSA Lites cars that this year made a HELLA noise.

I like how all the hypercars have different front and rear lighting. I can tell what car i'm looking at at night without seeing the car itself.

Looks like 8 lost a TON on that stop, 51 only 6ish seconds now when they were 18ish seconds before the stop

Don't think this has been mentioned, regarding the #66 crash that finished it's race.

From the stewards decision...

"There was next slow zone at MP5 followed by Slow zone at MP6. Car 39 slowed to the required 80km/hearlier than other cars behind it.

Car 7 slowed so it didn't pass car 39 under the yellow flag condition. Car 66 entered next slow zone atapproximately 165kph and accelerated to 178kph when the Regulations require cars to gradually slow to80kph.Car 66 failed to take appropriate action and collided with car 7.

Car 66 was wholy at fault for the collision

"3 minutes Stop and Go suspended for WEC 2023 Season for further breach of Slowzone and yellow flag regulations

Withdraw of 2 penalty points

Why so the tv people insist on showing us slow motion replays of cars just making it around corners in a normal fashion? We could be watching those same cars going around corners at live speed too.

on RLM John is saying Penske hasn't done a good job in this race. They are 4th after 13 hours in their first Le Mans. that isn't bad.
