And he put 2 seconds on the field in 1 lap and Herta may not even make it to the end with that push on the out lap

Based on their call and the timing they went really dumb on the in and out. Palou second faster on in lap on the button, Herta hard on the button to go second faster on out lap. So you use extra fuel AND have an extra lap to go? Seems like a bad bad pit call

That needed a lot of skill. Not sure who else in the field could do that.

Race result:

I enjoyed the race, very entertaining with a lot going on, as well as a bit of argy bargy.

I think Michael Andretti needs to have a word with Romain Grosjean.

I think the first conversation he needs to have is with Colton's engineer, that call cost him the win. And then Romains engineer cause that car was GARBAGE all weekend and his driving didn't make it better


Drivers could have a complaint with the track for one reason. Cutting the track edge and not paving an inch beyond the white line seems a bit cheap. Personally I like it, stay on the track and you won't go straight off. But I get the complaints have a basis in safety and broken car concerns.

I was impressed with Herta around the last stop, but it turns out he ruined his chance to win by doing that.
