I shall be in orange mode for the day, as I normally am when I run in sprints and trackdays. Get some funny looks from some organisers as they think I'm in the wrong briefing when I turn up in my probans.

No Dress code, but if you are in an 'open' car, such as a Caterham; please, long sleeves. Also if your car has no windscreen, (no funny comments) a full-face helmet, or at least. open face with goggles. Helmets may be 'borrowed' from MSV, (both types) on a small return deposit. The foregoing also applies to any passengers!! Everybody, have great and incident-free day!! I shall be at Brands from about 0715 to offer any help or assistance.
Remember admission by the Main Gate (A20), not Paddock and drive into the area behind the Pits, either through the tunnels, or else Post 3 Ambulance Gate which should be open.

Well, you'll probably be seeing another! Unless I can persuade my mate to lend me his 69' Pontiac GTO (v.unlikely), I shall probably have to wheel the Scenic out.

Do not scoff - I can assure you that last year we had a M.Benz van out in the last session of the day - it was the support vehicle for a trackhire car!!

I've regualrly seen an assortment of cars going around the tracks. A regular visitor to the bedford autodrome was a 'slightly' modified Smart car. The best one, and totally genuine, was the one that came along to Brands Hatch a couple of months ago...

Very funny!

I don't think I'll be at Brands on Tuesday, but if I am you might see me taking some pics trackside outside the MSV centre.

Just home from the first track day donated by Jonathan Palmer and MSV. Absolutely fabulous time and to all who missed the day, you missed a real corker!

Huge thanks to Michelle, Will Arif, Martyn Smith and all the MSV staff who made the day very special. Special thanks to Jonathan Palmer for his very kind offer and for thinking about those who give up their time freely so others may race.

Roll on Cadwell Park in February!

Yep - a brilliant day. Thanks to everyone at Brands.

I took a few pics - is there somewhere on Ten-Tenths or the Internet I can put them where you can access them?

Anyone else got any images for us to look at?

Thanks to Stephen & all the MSV crew for a excellent day - Most fun i've had for ages - 6 x 20 minute runs for each driver meant more than enough track time and (nearly) everyone was being sensible (Fiat Punto's don't go very well on their sides!!!!!)

An excellent day - very well organised (thanks again Stephen), and only a mild dose of drama..

MR2 made it back to Southampton ok after being thrashed all day (almost in one piece!). Hope everyone else got home ok.

Dan

Great Day Thanks to every one who helped to run the day. My 924 went very well without any dramas. Like me not bad for our age.
Good driving by most as well.

An excellent outing at Brands Hatch. Conditions just greasy enough to test all the BMW trick bits!

Grateful thanks for all the work Stephen Green put into organising the day and, of course, to Jonathan Palmer and the MSV crew for a very generous gesture to marshals.
