I definetaly heard it from a number of cars at the same point of the Melbourne start/finnish straight and somewhere at Sepang im sure, not sure where though.

That video Phoenix, is not a TC car. Thats either 2000 or 2001. TC came back in at the Spanish GP in 01.
And, the rev counter is reading the sound signal to determin revs. The interference is causing it to cut out. Try again. |

Interestingly the engine note change matched Hiedfelds KERS usage perfectly today, Brundle even commented on it at the time.
