De Angelis apparently negotiating for the Scott Honda ride next season. Shame they cant run two Hondas.
Wither Elias now then? Shame he wouldnt go back to a Ducati. Also what happens to the Hayate squad now they will have to give the Kwaka back to the factory. Is there a chance they will go Moto2? |

I'm starting to believe the Rossi-Ducati rumours. I think Marlboro and Yamaha are haggling on the buy-out price, while Rossi is persuading Burgess to try one last adventure. I believe it! I want to believe it!

Imagine de Puniet on a Ducati. Reminds me of wondering what would happen if I put a screwdriver in a plug socket.

Not sure if this is the right thread to ask this question in but here goes, why has KTM's efforts in the GP lower classes been so truncated? One would presume quite a lot was invested in the 250 and 125 projects but it seems to me they were willing to terminate the projects just as quickly as they started it. Seems odd to me but I guess they hang around longer than Ilmor!

Rumours suggest it was either him or Stoner that left, or that someone else was brought in, in order to woo Rossi. I'd believe the first rather than the second, but maybe he's just a Honda man under all that red!

Not this year at any rate. Maybe in the future, but not next year, or the year after. Who knows what will happen to Yamaha. Toyota is have major money trouble, and with the US dollar in the toilet, sales of Japanese goods here are going to drop. Drop enough, and they go broke.
Ducati on the other hand sells to a higher economic group than Yamaha, and that group suffers less, which means their sales aren't going to drop as much. Sort of like Ferrari and Porsche. Porsche sales are way down, Ferrari sales are up, even in this recession. Art Last edited by 2000yellow360; 5 Nov 2009 at 23:05. |

No real loss to be fair! They lose Talmacsi's money so no brainer really.
It was only him that kept them alive this year and he was useless! |

Apparently Suzuki are going to test next week at Estori with Bautista and some Moto 2 teams. The other 2010 rookies have been invited along.
