Edit: puncture? Edit #2: What's wrong with the commentators? Edit #3: now they're getting #5 and #6 muddled up, ARGH |

Took Hindy & Goodwin a while to call that stop correctly.
At least now the #6 has effectively done its short stint. |

#30 really pops out with that paint scheme.

No Hindy, CLM are racers but very brittle, but there's not a chance, there's a almost given there will be a LMP2 on the podium overall at Le Mans next year. That's my prediction.

Maybe I should've stopped being a fan of Audi Sport and sportscar racing at the end of 2013. |

Race is boring? 90 minutes to go and the entire podium is up for grabs.

Edit - Good point on comms, the #1 doesn't need to run its last two sets of tyres to their limits, so that's more potential time not lost to the 919's high degradation round here. |

#1 Porsche has a 50+ second lead. Based on past rounds, unless they get screwed by the FCY stuff, break something or get wrecked, the #1 Porsche has it in the bag.
I hope that next year isn't a repeat of this. Even when Audi were leading these races by huge margins at Nurburgring and COTA the races were boring this year. |

For me it's boring. The #2 never take big risks. They're just managing their lead since LM.

Another issue for #6....
I guess that gives the title to the #2 then. |

Conway in the pits. Tyres might have been shot from one stint plus.
Was that a shake of the head from Kobayashi as he was getting in? |

Did he get another rear or another left front?

Webber reckons it was another puncture. Confirmed by Toyota (rear left).
Regardless, it's easy street for the #1 from here. See Maelochs? Three cars going for 2nd/3rd, I was right after all |

Probably the worst, least interesting race of the season.

Why do you and others keep repeating this? If it's so boring, why do people even comment on it?
I don't see how the #6 can win or pass the #2 unless Kobayashi is really on it. Conway looks like he must have been driving too aggressive over curbs or something to get two punctures in a row. |

We saw the replay of two wheels on the grass going into T4 while lapping cars, and Toyota have been pushing hard round the left-handers because that's where they have the advantage over Porsche. I would be surprised if both of those weren't factors that contributed to the puncture.
LMP2-fest down the front straight. |

Looks like Koby can catch the #2. That's not boring, that's keeping the championship alive. |
