Well you better figure out a way, because it's not until November 1st.

I guess the weather stays decent longer down that far south so hopefully they shouldn't need the ski jackets like Motegi. Wonder if it helps with the fog?

Team Racing Tech announces withdrawal from 2015 season because of total lose of R8.
They already ordered 2016 AUDI R8 Ultra.

Finished watching Round 6 and that pitlane jam was the most effed up moments on this season!

Kudos to Team Kunimitsu and Honda for winning this race, as well as Tsuchiya's team and the MC Toyota GT86!

Hi Beryl,

my first Super Gt race was at Fuji in 2006, we only started doing English comms about a year ago. So yeah could say fairly new to it in that sense.

But we try to get the best and most detailed info we can, I tend to do this by talking with teams, engineers and drivers between races, and by visiting the teams. I'll be at Motegi this week for the test for that reason and to do a chunk of articles on the new cars - looking forward to taking some detail pics of the lotus especially.

If we get it wrong on the commentary, please tweet us or say so on the chat - we will correct ourselves! (sorry for not doing that for Sugo - did not have the chat running in front of me - my fault)

For Takeshi Tsuchiya, finally he won again at Super GT/JGTC after 16 years! Since his last win at TI Aida (Okayama) 1999 with #15 Xanavi ARTA Silvia! Hopefully more victories by MC car to come...



For Yamamoto & Izawa who are already won Super GT race, that was the first one as the tandem. Hopefully #100 can stay competitive until last race

The driver pairings are bunching up nicely as we get to the end of the season with the top 6 covered by 8 points.

It would be some victory for Kunimitsu if Yamamoto & Izawa could pull it off, there's only two points behind Yasuda & Oliveira.

Heikki Kovalainen and his wife Catherine Hyde planning to move to Japan. Heikki plans are to stay in the driving Super GT.

It won't have the hybrid system, right?

Unless Honda pushed FIA and Mr. Ratel's SRO on having hybrids in GT3, I don't think it'll work!

Maybe we might see a NSX GT3 with a hybrid system in GT300 but a hybrid less version for FIA GT3 elsewhere. I really cannot see all the other manufacturers agreeing to letting a hybrid system into the category (FIA GT3) because costs would go up and no one else runs a hybrid system.

If Honda used data from their CR-Z GT300 program, I'm sure it'll be helpful on making a hybrid-equipped NSX GT300 car.

Of course, it doesn't apply to the non-hybrid version so Honda needs to make it competitive without relying on electric motors and energy recovery systems.
