Any news on falken? I see they'll be racing at the Ring but havent much about their ALMS plans.
Bryan Sellers and Wolf Henzler in #17 for the winter test,i think they have move to E-85 from Petiti Lemans anyway

Whatever his wallet says has nothing to do with the cockpit. Its likely those drivers would be in rides regardless of what Tucker does. He want to race fine, he's where he belongs in LMP2 and now maybe the ONLY LMP2 for the other 7 races.

Of course it does - its his money he pays the bills so he chooses who sits in the cockpit. If he wants to drive himself then if he meets the rules then he has every right.

Good news for Dyson, but the sponsor announcement makes me worried about Gunnar's LMPC program.

Didn't Dyson already announce Mod Space (?) at the PRI Show in December?

It is interesting that mod space is no longer on the car, maybe not as much $ was involved.

Yea, that and the fact that his co-drivers from last year are with Genoa now.

The pics of the dyson car with g-oil sponsorship still has the wide rear wing, don't they have to change that for this season?

I dont think they have to change it , but they wont qualify for a Le Mans place with it , afaik ?

Which is not on ..... as Dyson doesnt want to go to LM , and is an unfair advantage against teams that do .

There were rumors floating around that Gunnar might be in line for a job in another car for another team. possibly GT.

http://www.mariantic.co.uk/lmp/ has a very good rundown of next year's possible LMP line up/s on their website.

But for ALMS(non ILMC rounds) it's looking like: (correct me if I'm wrong)
LMP1:
(1)Muscle Milk AMR/Pickett Racing- Lola Aston Martin
(1)Dyson Racing- Lola AER
(1) Intersport Racing- Lola AER ?

Teams in question for LMP1 appear to be Highcroft, and Autocon.

LMP2:
(2)Level 5 Motorsports- Lola HPD
(1)Signature Motorsports- Riley Ford (from Lime Rock)
(1)Libra Racing- Radical NISMO

Autocon will be part-time.
Highcroft... as you say, in question for now.
Intersport haven't made any announcements, and their website says looking for funded P1 drivers.

Libra Racing... I wouldn't be holding my breath.

Correct, to sum it all up things aren't looking good for both top prototype categories in 2011. The sad part is for the Long Beach round there's a large possibility that Lola will be the only chassis manufacture represented in P1/P2.

If/When Pickett decides to move from the driver's seat to the pit box, that team could potentially become a powerhouse in sportscar racing. Good to hear Lucas will be driving a prototype.
