Yeah, not seeing them lasting but sounds like that is pretty much what they expected with nearly "shaking down" the cars at a 24 hr race.

A high risk strategy, but one I quite admire. High risk because people like being negative about things. I admire, because when they get there they should be better prepared. And, of course, it is better than sitting at home!

Ive given up using VIPbox, sick of the damn pop ups. RLM is doing me good here for the moment especially seeing as though I'll hitting the road soon so will follow on my phone. So thankful for RLM right now

Just spoke with John. He was the second driver to get in the Stevenson car, and got in during a caution. He started 8th, but "caught a lot of people sleeping on the restart" and jmped up to P3. He ran P2 for a while, but "had to deal with some atrocious traffic." He says the car is solid heading into the night.

4 laps to allow pass by, etc. Just be glad they wont be making full courses anymore for every car that stops on track or debris...

Completely understandable, but at some point, you need to show some respect for the other teams...I don't know, if the track was open and I was a driver....put in me in!

That pretty much was their comment, as they said they've had relatively no pre-race testing
